How to make publications of net short positions in the Federal Gazette you can look up in a specific checklist (see right under "Documents").
Publication of net short positions in the Federal Gazette
- There are special order forms on the publication platform for the transmission of net short positions.
- Separate authentication is required before an initial publication of short selling. If you want to publish net short positions for third parties, special legal authority from your customers is also required.
- The publication of net short positions in the Federal Gazette usually takes place from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in accordance with section 47. 2 WpHG (definition of trading days).
- net short positions are published in the special "net short positions" area of the Federal Gazette, which is available since 01/11/2012. Individual publications can be found using the Federal Gazette local search or standard search (under "Capital market - short sales").

If you are already registered on the publication platform, you can continue to use your existing credentials to make publications on short selling. You still need to then make the abovementioned authentications.
