Fund prices

You have the option to publish your fund prices in the Federal Gazette and in fund data. The publication platform is available for you to transmit fund prices. You can choose between the following delivery routes:

  • Web form: If you want to publish individual fund prices, please use our web form. How you should proceed with this is described in the general help for fund prices (see right under "Documents").
  • Excel interface: An Excel interface provides for transmission of a large number of daily fund price publications. The exact procedure for this can be found in the work tools "Fund prices via an Excel interface" (see right under "Documents").
  • In future, there will also be the possibility of transmission provided by FundsXML. If interested, please contact

In addition, you have the option of publishing documents (e.g. KIID) related to your fund. Here we offer various service packages (see general terms and conditions/price list). If you are interested, please contact the publisher (for contact details see below). You can transmit documents using the publication platform in the "My Data - Fondsdata" area.

After transmission of fund prices they are published within 15 minutes in the Federal Gazette and Fondsdata, if the order is concluded on a publication date of the Federal Gazette between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. If the order is received after 6:00 pm, the publication will be published on the next publication day after 8:00 am.

In order to use this method, an order for the publication of mutual fund prices is required. A sample template for an order of this kind can be found on the right under "Documents".

A fund database is available under "My data" where you can find the funds for which there is a confirmed order for price publication. Before you can publish price publications, you need to complete the master data of the relevant fund, check this and then confirm.

More information can be found in our work tools as well as in the Fact Sheet for the publication of investment fund prices (see right under "Documents").

Therefore please note the general terms and conditions/pricelist.

More information about Fondsdata can be found in the Federal Gazette in the menu under "How it works – Fondsdata".
