Europe-wide dissemination service

You have the opportunity to disseminate your statutory notice convening the Annual General Meeting via a European media bundle throughout the European Union and therefore comply with your duty of Europe-wide distribution.

Dissemination service:

When commissioning the publication of the Annual General Meeting in the Federal Gazette, you can also separately commission additional European-wide dissemination. This must be done electronically via the publication platform (no submission of paper manuscripts).

European dissemination must be carried out no later than the date of publication in the Federal Gazette. Evidence of dissemination is provided to you on the publication platform under "My data".

You can use the language version that is published in the Federal Gazette, or also submit one or more other language versions for European-wide dissemination in the context of the order for Europe-wide dissemination as PDF files on the publication platform. You need to consider certain technical specifications for the creation of the PDF file. More information is available on the right under "Documents".

Corrections of orders for Europe-wide distribution are basically only possible in conjunction with a rectification order of the Annual General Meeting in the Federal Gazette.

General Terms and Conditions/Prices:

A flat fee of €250 must always be paid for Europe-wide dissemination of the notice. On request and at an extra charge of €100, the notice may also be distributed in additional language versions.

Legal Background:

According to section 121 para. 4a AktG listed companies that have not exclusively issued registered shares or do not send the convening notice directly to the shareholders have to provide a notice concerning the convening of their Annual General Meeting in other media for publication, which disseminate the information throughout the European Union in addition to providing a notice in the company’s designated publications.
