Where do I get my access data?

By registering once. Click on the "Registration" button in the header and fill in the mandatory fields. You assign the password yourself, your user name corresponds to the e-mail address you have entered. After entering all the data, you will receive an e-mail with a link which you must confirm by clicking on it in order to complete the registration.

What can I do if I do not get an email with confirmation link, even though I have completed a registration?

Click "Log in" in the heading and then "Resend registration email". If you nevertheless do not receive an email, please send an email to: registrierung@bundesanzeiger.de. We will contact you shortly.

If we, as a parent firm for several subsidiaries, wish to publish individual publications, do we have to register each of the subsidiaries individually?

No. At the beginning of your registration you will choose if you would like to publish or deposit for your own company (also government agency or court) or for a third party (for example a parent company, accountant, auditor or agency.) After you have completed your registration, enter your subsidiaries into "Subsidiary database" in the menu under "My data". With one email address and password you can manage everything (see also „ What do I have to consider for a publication in accordance with §§ 264 HGB ? “).

Why can’t I find the appropriate registry court for my corporation under "Firm selection"?

The register court may have changed due to mergers, for example. Search for the current data at www.handelsregister.de. To do this, enter the type of register and the company name in the search mask. Leave the field "Registergericht" empty and search for your company to find out the register court responsible for your company.

Why do I get either no results or another firm when I enter my registration information under "Select firm"?

Check the data you entered and try again. Research the current data at www.handelsregister.de. If possible, enter only one distinctive keyword for the company name and leave out abbreviated additions such as "AG" or "GmbH & Co. KG". Also refrain from using synonyms or abbreviations. For example, enter "Bayerische Motorenwerke" instead of "BMW".

Why can I no longer change the firm data under "My data"?

If your company is located in Germany and you have compared your data with the register data deposited in the German commercial register during registration, the company data is permanently assigned to the register data. Therefore, once verified by you, they can no longer be changed. If you have made an incorrect assignment, please register again.

Can I erase my registration information?

Yes, to do that send an email to registrierung@bundesanzeiger.de.

Where do I find information about identification?

Click on the "Useful information" button in the header of the publication platform. Under "How it works - Register / Identify" you will find help on the subject of identification.
